Aim and Objective:

A meeting will be held at the office of the Chairman, Uttaran Institute of Medical Sciences, Purba Barddhaman, on 08 January, 2025. The main aim and objective of the meeting is to observe and monitor anti-discrimination among students within and outside the institution campus in accordance with the rules and regulations of the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development, and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Function

To promote equality of opportunity for all by protecting them from unfair discrimination in certain areas of activity, as well as from sexual harassment and other objectionable behavior.

Frequency

The meeting of the Anti-Ragging Committee will be held once a year. During the meeting, various aspects of ragging are observed. A committee has been formed as the "Anti-Ragging Squad" as follows:
